As the CEO of SUSA Academy of Trading and Investment, I bring a blend of academic and financial market expertise that drives the company’s mission. With over 11 years as a professor at City University of London, I’ve conducted research, supervised PhD, MSc, and undergraduate students, and taught both foundational and advanced courses. My academic career has included 8 years of managerial roles—from admissions tutor to program director, and now as deputy head of the department—where I’ve contributed to raising departmental rankings, improving student satisfaction, and fostering a high-quality educational environment.
My experience in the financial markets began five years ago with FOREX and cryptocurrency trading. I soon expanded into coaching and mentoring, managing portfolios with a track record of positive returns, maintaining an average 4% monthly profit on a $150,000 portfolio. The insights gained through these experiences led me to establish SUSA, a platform created to bridge the educational gaps in trading and investment. My vision is to grow SUSA into a global peer-to-peer education hub, empowering traders and investors with the tools to succeed.

As an Associate Professor of Marketing at Queen Mary University of London and the Strategic Manager at SUSA Academy of Trading and Investment, I blend my expertise in strategy and marketing with my passion for teaching to shape a long-term vision for SUSA. I’m committed to empowering aspiring traders, equipping them with the tools and insights necessary to build successful careers in the financial sector. Through well-designed strategies, I aim to provide a comprehensive and transparent understanding of the trading market, ensuring our traders are prepared to navigate its challenges with confidence and integrity.
Mehrdad Jadidi

Since beginning my professional journey in financial markets, starting with cryptocurrency and later expanding into Forex, I have been deeply committed to understanding price action and smart money dynamics. This led to my development of the “Trading Wall Strategy,” a specialized approach for crypto that enables precise identification of key price zones, especially in Bitcoin. Additionally, my three-year training in Transactional Analysis (TA) and experiences in self-awareness have given me valuable insight into the psychological challenges traders face. My colleagues and I are eager to share this knowledge to equip SUSA Academy students with practical skills for both technical and emotional resilience in trading.

As the Head of Marketing at SUSA Academy of Trading and Investment, I bring extensive experience in digital marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand development. My focus is on elevating SUSA’s presence in the trading and investment education sector by aligning our marketing efforts with the company’s mission to empower aspiring traders. With a strong background in data-driven decision-making, I’m dedicated to building a community through owned and paid media, developing own media channels for SUSA while identifying and optimizing the best-performing marketing channels. I define clear goals and KPIs and design impactful campaigns that drive engagement, build trust, and support SUSA’s growth in a competitive market.

I am a 22-year-old economics student with four years of active experience in the crypto trading space. Over the past two years, I’ve contributed as a researcher to various projects, focusing on the analysis of crypto coins and tokens, achieving significant success. My expertise includes smart contracts, fundamental and chart analysis, and tokenomics. I’ve even developed a unique method called the “Potential Rate,” which enables precise, in-depth evaluations of projects and coins. This approach allows me to create strategic portfolios that capitalize on every positive rally in the market.
